+De bediening in het hotel was goed en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt is goed met veel fruit. 5 verschillende zwembaden -Het interieur is zeer verouderd voor een 5 sterren hotel. Het bad is ook een zeer oud bad. Dit is wel spijtig anders had dit een fantastisch hotel geweest zijn moest het interieur moderner zijn. Voor mij is dit een 3 sterren  hotel. 's avonds was er niets van amusement in het hotel, niet voor de oudere als voor de jongeren. Menu's waren zeer duur. Ben je genoodzaakd om buiten te gaan eten. Geen hotel voor kinderen.

En los tiempos que corren los spa que conozco no suelen individualizar los servicios tan comúnes como el jacuzzi, saunas y zonas de relax, que existan para gente que lo necesite por separado, pero debería tener una zona mixta. La bañera de la hbt. 307 es muy pequeña, y sobre todo antigua. LA presión de sus aguas no existe, ni en la hbt. ni en la piscina  jacuzzi grande. Cuando abres en la ducha de la hbt la alcachofa no cae con ninguna fuerza.

This hotel needs to seriously consider its star rating. 5 stars is way beyond it - more like a big 3 star hotel in a nice setting. Carpets threadbare in places, decoration badly needs renewing, service just like a 3 star and overpriced. If you want a 5 star hotel, stick with the worldwide 5 star brand names - quality is then consistent.

Carpets threadbare in places, decoration badly needs renewing, service just like a 3 star and overpriced. Stayed for a week with my husband for a quiet break. We had a car hired for the week, which is needed to get about. The hotel provides a bus every half an hour into town, but this didn't start until a few days into our stay. Breakfast is nice, with plenty of choice and lots of hot coffee etc. Lots of pools, though still a little cool at this time of  year [ April] . The indoor pool is ok, but in need of some redecoration. Downstairs is grand and the bedrooms are a good size, but paint work tired as are the carpets on the stairs. Handy for getting around, near main road, but not noisy from it. Could be so much more.......
